If your car is stolen, damaged in an accident, or written off, we pay to repair or replace it — up to KES 1,200,000. We also pay for damage you cause to other people and their property. You pay the first part of any claim yourself: 2.5% of the sum insured or KES 20,000, whichever is greater.

Report it from your account
Open the policy in your iqava wallet and report the loss. You will need the date it happened and a short description — not a form in triplicate.

For theft or an accident involving another vehicle, get a police abstract within 48 hours — we cannot settle without one.
You can claim on a policy that has since expired or been renewed, as long as it was in force on the day the loss happened.
